Kate Dunlap made Louisville home in 2013, after receiving a BA from Centre College in Dramatic Arts, with an emphasis in Scenic Design and Construction. After graduation, Kate spent several years in the interior design industry, as a Lighting Designer. Kate's lifelong love of houses, and a strong desire to help people, along with a healthy appreciation for Louisville's architecture led her to a career in Real Estate. Kate’s approach is a collaborative, communicative, and holistic one; she frequently draws from her past experiences and connections in the Residential Lighting, Design, and Carpentry fields. Kate's dedication and enthusiasm for her work, coupled with her unique skill set brings outside the box thinking to Buying and Selling. When she's not opening the door to your future home, Kate enjoys getting back to her creative roots and is often found at art gallery openings, plays, and concerts citywide, or walking her dog, Dennen, around The Highlands and Germantown, where she lives.
